Constructed on an undeveloped site in an industrial-zoned city area, the Kenworth Elko Office, Warehouse and Shop is a 20,000-square-foot facility on a five-acre site. The two-story Nevada facility maintains a heavy equipment shop, sales floor, offices, meeting rooms, ware house and support spaces. The warehouse facility is a concrete tilt-up structure that specifically incorporates insulated panels. The project also includes city street construction adjacent to the facility.
