The Overhead Door Company facility is a 16,500-square-foot office and warehouse. With 42 total tilt-up panels to construct, integral coloring and sandblasting was used to enhance the design of the building. The interior reception area displays an additional decorative tilt-up panel. MagicSlab™—Hughes’ patented joint-free concrete floor—was poured in both the office and the warehouse.
